Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process
Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@paintinize.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Shipping Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at info@paintinize.com within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds
Check Bank Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

International Returns

Refunds for Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
Stolen Packages: Paintinize is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or opting for signature confirmation.
