Ready to spray paint

  • 1. Getting Started

Assemble the airbrush: The airbrush needle should be 0.2mm Only!!
We recommend using the following products:
Airbrush AD776B/L OR Master Airbrush Model G25 Multi-Purpose Dual-Action Gravity Feed Airbrush

    1. Attach the 0.2 mm needle cap and nozzle cap to the airbrush body.
    2. Insert the needle through the back, making sure it’s seated properly in the nozzle.
    3. Tighten the needle by chucking nuts to secure the needle in place.
    4. Attach the air hose to the airbrush and the compressor.

  • 2. Prepare your Firanto spray product

Ensure the Firanto spray product is properly shaken or stirred if necessary.

  • 3. Fill the paint cup

Pour an adequate amount of the Firanto spray product directly into the gravity feed cup on top of the airbrush.

  • 4. Using the Airbrush: Adjust the compressor

Set the compressor to the desired pressure (typically between 15-50 PSI depending on the application).

  • 5. Spray technique

    1. Hold the airbrush like a pen, with your index finger on the trigger.
    2. Press the trigger down to release air only and pull it back to start spraying paint. The further you pull back; the more paint is sprayed.

  • 6. Practice on a test surface

Start with some practice strokes on a piece of paper or a similar surface to get used to the spray pattern and control.

  • 7. Cleaning and Maintenance

Rinse the paint cup: Empty any remaining product from the cup. Add a small amount of cleaning solution or water (for water-based products) and spray it through the airbrush to clean the internal parts.

Disassemble and clean: Remove the needle, nozzle, and other removable parts to clean them individually, making sure to remove any product residue.

Reassemble: Once all parts are clean and dry, carefully reassemble the airbrush.
